Blue Dive Club is something special,
different from all other dive clubs in the North West of England. We
have only one proviso for you to join... "You MUST
like diving and WANT to dive". We don't have
Treasurers, we don't have Diving Officers and we dont have
Chairpersons, in fact we totally disagree with the basis of
powertrip divers as other clubs do have.
All members of the club are encouraged to dive and all members are
encouraged to progress, whether you are a BSAC Ocean Diver, or a
PADI Open Water Diver, we want you to dive with us.
Where are Blue Dive Club?
In the words of the movie, Alien, "We're everywhere". And indeed we
are. Although we're affiliated with Blue Dive & Swimwear Store in
Leyland, Lancashire, we do have members from all over the North
West, and indeed the whole of the country. Who knows, maybe we can
conquer the world!
Who are Blue Dive Club?We
are an interesting breed at Blue Dive Club. Many of us spend so much
time underwater that we could very well have our cylinders and
regulators fused to our bodies, we are a group that love diving,
down to the core of diving. Be it maintaining kit, buying kit, or
just getting wet, we want to dive, and that's what we live for!
There are no restrictions on what type of diver you have to be to
join the club, you don't need to be a diver at all, (but it helps!).
We'll accept, BSAC, PADI, NAUI, TDI, SSA, CMAS, of any age,
religion, creed or colour, in fact, as long as you want to dive,
you're in! |
